If you have deposited by a “prepaid paysafecard voucher”, for withdrawals you will be using the Bank Transfer.

“My paysafecard” account
If you have made payments through a “my paysafecard” account you can withdraw by bank transfer.
In order to request a withdrawal, click on “Services” and select “Withdraw. If using mobile, this can be located by selecting Services > Bank > Withdraw. On the withdrawal page you will be given the option to withdraw back to your”my paysafecard” account.
